Dog Rescued After 2 Years Chained Outside in Heartbreaking Neglect

For two long years, a dog named Beibei lived in harsh conditions—chained outside with no roof overhead and nothing but the bare ground to lie on.

She had no clean water, relying instead on rain and morning dew. Her only food came from scraps and moldy leftovers tossed nearby, surrounded by swarms of flies.

Her owner, often away for work, rarely checked on her. Beibei was left alone, uncared for, and slowly wasted away.

Weighing just two kilograms, she was skin and bones when rescuers found her. The sight was painful to witness.
