As if finding dogs and puppies on the streets wasn't enough, some people think it's acceptable to "help" by dumping them over the fence of mini shelters. It's a challenging situation, especially when you consider that other people make complaints against those trying to help.
This morning was no exception. I discovered a sick puppy inside the shelter, possibly hit because of the fall. He couldn't sit up and was crying in pain, showing signs of breathing problems. I immediately started treating him with infusion for hydration and administered antibiotics.
