Bella was afraid and underweight. She'd never been hugged or loved before. Her morale was being shattered by her stay in the shelter. The video below shows Howl Of A Dog, a Romanian rescue organisation, removing Bella from the shelter in order to find her a permanent home.

The rescuers and Bella run to the veterinarian. Her face is expressionless as she sits next her new human acquaintance in the automobile. She recognizes that her life is going to change when she is given love.
