Puppy Found in Garbage Bag Fights to Survive—Then Becomes a Symbol of Hope

Tossed aside like waste, a helpless puppy was found wrapped in a garbage bag, barely alive, and left on the side of the road.

When rescuers from a local Pet Adoption Center responded to a report of a dog abandoned in a pile of trash, they were devastated by what they discovered.
