Upon seeing the poor cat, many people were moved to tears. Despite the heavy rain, several people huddled under umbrellas and tried to help the cat. They offered food and water, but the cat was too weak to eat or drink. The cat was also shivering uncontrollably, and it was clear that immediate medical attention was needed.

With the help of animal rescue volunteers, the cat was taken to a nearby shelter where it received emergency medical care. The cat was diagnosed with hypothermia and dehydration, but thankfully, it is expected to make a full recovery.
