According to the video, the unfortunate dog was stuck in the sewer, unable to move, yet he was able to breathe by putting his head, nose, and paws above the drain's surface.
Nobody knows how he got there, but the municipality of Baha Blanca in Argentina, along with Civil Defense officials, managed to rescue the terrified dog.
