There are usually not many dogs on this planet like Cooper.

The American foxhound was born on a pet farm "with out a neck," and was by no means anticipated to thrive. A number of of his vertebrae have been compressed and fused collectively whereas he was within the womb.

Now two years outdated, Cooper's uncommon situation isn't holding him again, even when it means he has to show his total physique to look behind himself.

Cooper was rescued in 2017 when animal management officers in Halifax, Virginia, discovered him close to a pet mill. Simply two months outdated on the time, he was taken to Minnetonka-based Secondhand Hounds.
