She is an overprotective mother who must double-check that her children are well in order to be calm and comfortable.

Venus stayed near to her kittens as they learned to use their paws, feed themselves, wrestle with one other, and cause havoc. She must be overjoyed to witness them transform from helpless small kittens to active, high-energy cats who live life to the fullest.

Venus has grown more confident and active after spending several weeks in the foster home. She didn't know how to play at first, but she is a very determined person who gradually learns and dares to attempt new things.

Venus continues to spend more time alone with her caregivers as the kittens get older, in order to obtain more attention.
