It was at the time when he was still at the pier that a tiny Maltese-shih tzu ended up in the water. His name is Bibi and he was so tiny that the strong winds coming across the bay pushed him off of the pier and right into the water. Bibi's fur mom, Sue Drummond, was in an absolute panic from the moment Bibi was pulled from the pier. Unsure if she could make the complicated rescue on her own, she turned to the bystanders around her in search of help. Thankfully for Bibi, Raden was willing to take the plunge.
