The emergency personnel saved Edgar from the water drainage pipe. After he was taken to the vet, it was discovered that he had just experienced minimal dehydration and minor wounds from being submerged for so long.


Having brought Edgar home after a week of challenges, his family is thrilled that their four-legged close friend is now back in a safe place.
