Sergey called Love Furry Friends Rescue about a little dog named Busya that was chained up and defending a residence.

The decaying home was surrounded by garbage. Sergey pleaded with the owner to return Busya, but he wasn't home and asked if the rescuers might come the next day. The rescuers concurred.
