Kyle, an Indiana farmer, and his partner Claire were responsible for the kitten's rescue. When the small ball of fur noticed them, it moved carefully towards them, begging for assistance, which the couple was willing to provide.
Because she was so little, Kyle and Claire decided to wait a bit in the hopes that the mother cat would arrive, but the mother cat seemed uninterested in the baby.
The cat had obviously been abandoned, and she begged them to take her home with her sweet eyes. Claire had this to say about it:
"She trembled as she moved towards us, and she didn't stop following us."
