Without a doubt, it was clear from the outset that Missy had been taken off the streets in the nick of time.

Thankfully, she had not been forced into the hopeless situation of trying to give birth in below-freezing temperatures.

Though Missy was very protective of her new family she allowed Melissa to gently pet them, in the process showing how much she had begun to trust her foster mum. As the nest was so cramped, Melissa took the opportunity to move the young family to a new one.

"She didn't seem upset or stressed at all! Babies are back with mama, as happy as could be. I'm hearing some tiny purrs at the milk bar!"
