"Earning her trust is going to take time because being inside and around people is new to her. She is very unsure and naturally wanting to protect herself and her unborn babies."

Understandably, Missy spent the first few days hiding in her room, taking short trips to explore every nook and cranny, taking her time to get used to her new surroundings.

And before long Melissa had Missy quite literally eating out of her hand. And by day four, the once-frightened feline allowed Melissa to pet her head.
