The good people of a settlement in Kotor spayed all the local females and started the castration of the males when a cat with a terrible stench and obvious injuries started fighting with "their" cats for food. They thought they would have to euthanize him because of his wild nature and gruesome injuries that left him covered in urine and feces.

Volunteers from Kotor Kitties took him in , took him to the vet where they discovered the reason for his injuries and pain: 3 bullets, infection and dead tissue was stuck together with feces and urine. Then a broken tail that required amputation. He was given painkillers.
